1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zelium platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Zelium provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for educational institutions to manage admissions, applications, payments, exams, and enrollments. Each institution receives an isolated workspace with configurable features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Institution administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
4. Data Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Each institution's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security. We do not share institution data across tenants. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly. The free plan has usage limits as described on our pricing page. Upgraded plans take effect immediately upon payment confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zelium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
